To protect our customers and our business from unauthorized card usage, WorldcaShop USA applies strict security and verification procedures on all orders.
1. Information Verification
All orders must pass a security review before shipment. We may contact the customer if:
The billing name does not match the shipping name
The billing and shipping addresses are in different states
The payment is made using a high-risk card (AMEX, etc.)
The information does not match the bank verification system (AVS / CVV / CVC)
If we are unable to verify the order, we reserve the right to delay processing, request additional documents, or cancel the order for security reasons.

2. Documents We May Request
To complete the verification process, we may require:
A photo ID matching the billing name
A photo of the credit card used (only the last 4 digits visible)
Confirmation of the correct shipping address
A valid phone number for verification
All documents are kept strictly confidential and used only to verify the transaction.

3. When Verification Fails
If the customer cannot or refuses to provide the required information, we will:
Cancel the order
Issue a full refund (excluding transaction fees)
Not ship any product until verification is completed

4. Chargeback Protection
WorldcaShop uses advanced systems to detect suspicious activity.
Any fraudulent attempt will be:
Reported to the issuing bank
Added to our internal blacklist
Permanently blocked from future purchases

5. Customer Data Protection
WorldcaShop uses SSL 256-bit encryption to secure all transactions.
We never store credit card information on our servers.
